1. Eligibility
- Ezygo services are available to individuals and businesses legally residing in Bangladesh.
- Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book services.
2. Service Agreement
- By booking Ezygo services, you authorize us to transport goods on your behalf.
- The service fee is calculated per kilometer as displayed at the time of booking and must be paid upon service completion.
3. Prohibited Activities
- Customers are prohibited from using Ezygo services for transporting illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items as defined by Bangladeshi law.
- Any misuse of the service will result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
4. Liability
- Ezygo ensures reasonable care in handling your goods but is not liable for loss or damage caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters or accidents.
- Customers must declare the value of goods for deliveries exceeding BDT 10,000 to ensure proper handling and insurance coverage.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- Ezygo complies with the Bangladesh Personal Data Protection Act to safeguard user information.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from the use of Ezygo services will be resolved under Bangladeshi law.
- Customers may contact our support team to resolve issues amicably before seeking legal recourse.
7. Termination of Service
- Ezygo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if customers violate these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Amendments
- Ezygo may update these Terms periodically. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
